Marciano’s journey started as a child, cooking side-by-side with his family. One of his most cherished memories is building a brick oven in the backyard with his father, Filippo. It was there, surrounded by laughter and the aroma of wood-fired meals, that his passion for authentic Italian cuisine truly ignited.

Years later, driven by that same passion and a lifelong dream, Marciano purchased a 1941 International truck and transformed it into a Italian kitchen on wheels. Complete with a handcrafted wood-fired oven imported from Italy, the truck became more than just a pizzeria, it became a tribute to old-world flavors, timeless family values, and a love for bringing people together.

Marciano’s partner in life and business, Jennifer joined him on this journey with just as much heart. An Emmy Award winning TV producer she traded the limelight to pursue something even more meaningful, cooking alongside her husband and building a business rooted in love for cooking for others. With many years of bartending/serving in the restaurant world and a lifelong love for hospitality, Jennifer brings warmth, energy, and a knack for turning every event into a celebration.

Today, Marciano and Jennifer proudly bring their food and their story to parties on Long Island. Every pizza they make and every dish they serve is handcrafted with care, passion, and a whole lot of love.
