The Cipriano Family

 

Marciano has been making pizza since he was a kid. Growing up, Marciano and his father built a brick oven pizzeria in their backyard. After years of perfecting his passion for pizza and Italian food, he decided to hit the road.

In 2015, he purchased a 1941 International truck and transformed it into an Italian Restaurant on wheels.

The wood-fired oven is from Italy and all of the dishes are family recipes that have been passed down from generations. Marciano and his wife Jennifer are owner-operator and love to cook, serve, and party with families on Long Island.
